Also Patreon didn't charge for december yet for some reason but I'll do the december sketch anyway. I don't care. lol
Now for 2018.
Basically, I want to keep things simple again. I'm not going to do patreon until further notice I will go back to taking commissions in the future. Probably in a couple of months? It depends how things go.
The bad news is that I won't be as active on deviantart anymore. I'll only drop by every 1-2 months.
During 2018 I'm primarily going to focus on My website/Ko-Fi, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr.

I'll still use deviantart, vimeo amino and minds but not too often. I'm only going to treat deviantart and other websites as a backup account and for commission messeges. My website and youtube, twitter, instagram, and tumblr, instead, will take up 80% of my time and energy.
It's very hard to pay attention to tons of social media sites. I need to minimize or I'll burn out. Since these websites are not being taken advantage of I'll put the most effort in them. I wish I could be active on multiple places at once...I really am. Unfortunately my mental health is a priority. A Christmas fanart was also in the works but that won't be completed in time either. They will have to be posted next year.
Also instead of patreon I will focus on making an online shop for my website, freelance, and ko-fi. I think ko-fi is an easier alternative that I didn't take advantage of yet. I am still tweaking my page but here is the link if anyone is curious:

I won't share my website yet because that's a work in progress. Hopefully it will be done by january, though. Same for the discord.
Other than that, happy holidays and new year! I am sorry I can't be as active as I used to. Maybe that will change but for now I would rather focus on as few sites as humanly possible. From what I've seen, deviantart isn't helping me grow too much. Other artists have decided to shift their focus elsewhere and I decided to do the same. It's an experimental phase, though. If things don't work out I'll try again on this website.

Rent went up, I'm really sick and I've been out of work for a few days due to suspected covid. That being said, I've never been so productive before. I feel like I have time and room to do things I want to work on. Even with the bad (hopefully not covid) cough I've been learning web development and creating animations. I think it's because I want to make up for lost time due my eye surgery in early 2020 and my concussion in early 2021. Maybe I'll be ok. By the way, I'm selling commissions right now. Anyone good at Web Design or Web Programming?

Cleaning Up and Posting Art
I've been really ambitious lately on working and teaching myself new skills. As mentioned before, there's going to be a lot of reorganizing. Artwork and animations that I post will be mostly older work but that's because I'm cleaning up files on my computer, my accounts, etc. I'm not sure when I'll return to accepting commissions again but commissions are in my plans too. My recent interest is learning programming because I finally found a way to do it efficiently. I genuinely enjoy it and want to work on a website or app.:)
Question...
Have you read old opinions from your old journals or posts, and then wanted to cringe? I feel like wiping them off the internet, simply for the fact that I no longer believe in them. They're just so radically different in world view than what I think now. I think what happened was that I was just questioning how right and wrong worked and what opinions made sense, vs what was a socially acceptable opinion. Now that's not necessarily a bad thing. However, this is probably why when I find one of these old posts I would think, "shit, did I write that? But I would never say that!" or "ok, I somewhat agree with this but there are a couple of problems with the premise..." In other words, growing up is fucking weird.

I'm a patient person, I'll wait until you do pop up back here and I'll check out your stuff, new or otherwise. Besides, for the next few months, those other sites where I can follow you are unfortunately blocked, so I can't exactly check them out.
